To Our Valued IBOs,
We are excited to announce that i-payout, our e-wallet provider, has arranged for a domestic MasterCard/debit card through the highly respected and worldwide bank, Bank of America (BOA) and the Money Network (MN). There is no charge for your first BOA/MN card request. A pre-pending order has been placed in your i-payout back office for all IBOs who reside in the US and US Territories to be viewed when you log into your i-payout wallet account at www.i-payout.com. All US and US territory based IBOs should have received an email from i-payout yesterday that outlined the procedure to order and activate your new BOA/MN MasterCard. If you did not receive this i-payout email, please contact the SOC Customer Support staff for assistance or simply log into your i-payout account and you will receive an instructional message. We have been advised that once your BOA/MN MasterCard is ordered, it will take 7-10 business days to receive it and the BOA/MN Welcome Packet in the mail. Please let i-payout customer service know if it does not arrive within that time frame.
The benefits of the BOA/MN MasterCard/debit card are greatly expanded in comparison to the current international debit card and include:
- Lower banking fees
- Free checks you can use in place of the card, if desired
- The ability and convenience to load your BOA/MN MasterCard with funds at any local BOA branch worldwide
- A domestic 800 Customer Support number located on the back of the card
- The ability to request additional debit cards for other family members, employees or partners through BOA/MN that allows you to transfer funds between the debit cards
The above benefits and more are outlined in detail in the Welcome Packet you will receive with your BOA/MN debit card.
Besides convenience, the reason the domestic BOA card was set up by i-payout is because the fees being charged for the use of the international debit card by our domestic IBOs will be rising. For this reason, i-payout will be discontinuing the international debit card for use by all US/Territory residents. With this in mind, we are encouraging you to order your BOA/MN card today! The cutoff date for the discontinuation of the international debit card use by US residents will be announced as the cutoff date becomes available. You may continue to use your international debit card until then. At the cutoff date, any funds that remain on the international debit cards will be automatically returned to your e-wallet for your immediate use.
For those IBO leaders with international teams, please assure them that the international debit card will remain in effect and active for those IBOs that reside outside of the US/US Territories without any change in processes or fees. We have been advised that i-payout continues to look at partnering options with other international banking institutes in an attempt to provide additional solutions to lower international transfer and loading fees and improve upon fund delivery services for our international IBO market. At some point it is expected that additional international debit card options will become available for the international IBO market. Details will be provided as they become available to us.
